There's no obligation to purchase any service after the free check-up. Many hotels book us for ongoing audits; some use the free report and act on it themselves. Both outcomes are fine with us.

Our auditors book and pay like regular guests — using personal credit cards and personal email addresses. They carry no identifying materials. They are professionally trained to behave naturally throughout the visit. Your reservations team, reception staff and F&B team will have no indication they are being observed. We never disclose auditor identities after the visit.

Yes. We have active audit programmes in the UK, Europe, the UAE, and across multiple other markets. Our team members are based in or regularly travel to most major hospitality markets. For very remote properties, we can arrange auditor travel at cost. The online reputation audit is available to any hotel in any country — immediately.

The online reputation audit report is delivered within 48 hours of completing the data gathering. The mystery guest visit report is delivered within 7 days of the auditor's stay. Combined package reports take up to 10 days. We do not rush reports — the value is in the detail, and we will not deliver something that is not complete and accurate.
