There's no obligation to purchase any service after the free check-up. Many hotels book us for ongoing audits; some use the free report and act on it themselves. Both outcomes are fine with us.
Our auditors book and pay like regular guests — using personal credit cards and personal email addresses. They carry no identifying materials. They are professionally trained to behave naturally throughout the visit. Your reservations team, reception staff and F&B team will have no indication they are being observed. We never disclose auditor identities after the visit.
